This is also true of several state constitutions, in particular Oregon. They are so bad up there that even the Bar Association publishes falsehoods in their handbook for juries: to wit, jury nullification is illegal. Unless and until we have some sort of revolution, the days of Constitutional Law are over. If one part can be ignored what is to stop Congress and the Courts from ignoring the rest of it.?
